My Story

Hello, I'm Kenya Marsh, a certified yoga teacher and the founder of Simplyfitandcurvyyoga.com.

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2014, when I started practicing to relieve stress and anxiety. As I deepened my practice, I realized that yoga was not just a physical exercise, but a way of life. I wanted to share this beautiful practice with others and decided to become a yoga teacher.

Since 2016, I have been teaching yoga to students of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. I specialize in helping beginners discover the many benefits of yoga, such as increased flexibility, strength, and inner peace. I also enjoy creating a welcoming and supportive environment for my students to explore their practice without fear of judgment.

As the founder of Simplyfitandcurvyyoga.com, I am passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. Through my website, I offer a variety of online classes and resources that cater to the unique needs of my students. Whether you're a beginner, an experienced practitioner, or someone who wants to practice yoga in the comfort of your home, I have a class for you.

When I'm not teaching yoga, you can find me spending time with my family, reading, and practicing self-care. I'm also an advocate for body positivity and self-love. I believe that every body is beautiful and deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
