Are you ready to shake off the winter blues and dive into a new challenge? Spring into Yoga with our 21-Day Yoga Challenge! It's time to dust off your yoga mat, put on your comfy clothes, and get ready for some fun and effective workouts. This challenge is perfect for yoga beginners who are looking for a challenge to kickstart their practice this season. We've designed it to be short, sweet, and super fun. You'll have access to easy-to-follow videos that are only 10-12 minutes long, so you can fit them into your busy schedule. But don't be fooled by their brevity! These videos will guide you through each pose and drill to build your flow for Day 6, where you will put everything you've learned into practice. By the end of the challenge, you'll be amazed at how much progress you've made. We'll be focusing on key poses and drills that will help you build strength and flexibility in your arms, core, and glutes. Each week will have a specific theme, with Week 1 focusing on Arms, Week 2 on Core, and Week 3 on Glutes. You'll be feeling strong, toned, and energized in no time! And of course, we know that rest is just as important as exercise. On Day 7, you'll have a well-deserved rest day. You can choose to follow along with the bonus meditation video to help you relax and recharge. But don't worry, we'll be with you every step of the way.
