Spring into Yoga 21-Day Yoga Challenge is the perfect opportunity for yoga beginners who are looking for a challenge to kickstart their yoga practice this season. This challenge is designed to provide short yet effective workouts that will keep you on track and help you achieve your goals. For the next 21 days, you will have access to easy-to-follow videos that are only 10-12 minutes long. These videos will guide you through each pose and drill to build your flow for Day 6, where you will put everything you've learned into practice. Throughout the challenge, we will focus on key poses and drills that will help you build strength and flexibility in your arms, core, and glutes. Each week will have a specific theme, with Week 1 focusing on Arms, Week 2 on Core, and Week 3 on Glutes. On Day 7, you will have a well-deserved rest day. You can choose to follow along with the bonus meditation video to help you relax and recharge. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to share them in the comment section.
