 Join yoga host Kenya Marsh of SimplyFitandCurvyYoga to take part in a All Levels Spring Yoga Class.  

Get a chance to recharge, and renew all from the comfort of your home. ( You can flow along with your music of choice, just put yourself on mute)

  • How do I start to practice yoga?
    That is up to you. You can start by making it to your mat. You can ease your way into with just practicing breathing exercises. You can start with a few standing asanas (postures) or sitting asanas (postures), or both.

    All you need is yourself, a quiet place, a mat (preferably), and the will to not give up.
