Join yoga host Kenya Marsh of SimplyFitandCurvyYoga to take part in an All Levels Splits Workshop.
In this Masterclass, we will spend 90 minutes going over some key drills to help you take your splits to the next level. You will learn how to use props to assist you on your split journey.
Get a chance to stretch and create some flexibility all from the comfort of your home. ( You can flow along with your music of choice, just put yourself on mute)
Space is on a first come first serve basis!
What you need:
- Yoga Blocks (optional)
- Yoga Mat
- Comfortable Clothes
- Device to follow
- Book to check notes
How do I start to practice yoga?That is up to you. You can start by making it to your mat. You can ease your way into with just practicing breathing exercises. You can start with a few standing asanas (postures) or sitting asanas (postures), or both.
What do I need to practice yoga?All you need is yourself, a quiet place, a mat (preferably), and the will to not give up.
