Are you ready to learn 30 yoga postures in just 30 days?  Join the fun plus get access to our private Facebook group. This challenge is great for all levels, especially beginners. You can do this poses all in the comfort of your home.

Week 1: Foundation

During the first week, we will focus on building a strong foundation in your practice.

Week 2: Bend Don't break

During this week you will learn postures that will aid you from bending in many ways

Week 3: Twist and Turn

During this week, you will do a little twist and strength building.

Week 4: Relax and Restore

This week we will wrap up the challenge with some a little R&R (Relax and Restore)
