2018 in Review: What I did Wrong. What I did right. What I'm doing Next for 2019.

2018 was year of lessons. This year provided a enough to help me set up my 2019 with a head start.

Let's dive into What I did Wrong....

In 2018, I started out planning to do my exercises 6 days a week, drink a lot of water. Master a few Yoga poses.

However, that did not happen. I kept hitting the snooze button my goals. Procrastination was my crutch. Excuse after Excuse went by and some of the things I set out to do got put on the back burner.

After moving into a larger house. Moving my extended family into our home caused my normal routine to change. I allowed myself to forget what I needed to do and instead shift focus elsewhere. I set goals with not a deadline in sight. So in my mind, I had all the time in the world. No small goals were set, so it was as if my plans were up in the air. I did not put my priorities in order.

Now let's review What I did right....

I received my 500 YTT Certification. I maintained my vegan diet for the year. I resist the temptation to eat my mother in law cooking.

I created two more Ebooks and created two Ecourses once called "Discover Meditation (Free 4 day Email course)" and "Discover Yoga (Free 5-day Email Course)".

Drinking more water is now my routine. It was so hard for me to stay consistent in the past. However, I learned by drinking water at room temperature and infusing my water with either lemon or fruit I tend to drink more of it.

I have a daily planner that I am using that allows me to created short term and long term goals along with the action steps I plan to take to make it happen. It is broken down into weekly, monthly and yearly.

I started taking courses to help me grow my business and listen to some motivational videos. I created a section on my blog dedicated to putting the spotlight on some amazing yogis and yoga teachers who are making an impact on Instagram and beyond social media. You can read more about them here.

What I am doing next....

In 2019, I am taking a different approach. So far, I created and planned a meal calendar for every day, every week and the full month of January. I will be repeating the process for the rest of this year. If you would like to get a copy of my spreadsheet Leave a comment below.

I am starting to take extra steps to get rid of blocks & distractions. Shorten my social media presence. Focus more on being present. (I notice I felt good trying it for two months in 2018)

I have created a custom list for all the vegan items and created a custom menu for this entire month broken down by weeks. If you would like a custom meal prep menu contact me.

I created a membership portion of my website (Now taking enrollments). Once you join you will have access to special discounts on all Ebooks for life, access to full-length videos, Full Access to my elevated resource library and much more. You can join by clicking here.

I am going to continue using my daily planner to help me stay on task to complete my short and long term goals. My favorite planner to use is the Law of Attraction Planner.

I have some new projects that I am looking forward to sharing with over the next few months.
