Are you ready for your spring reset?

Updated: Mar 8, 2020

#Newmonth #newgoals

Spring is a great time to Renew. Reset. Rejuvenate.

The flowers are blooming, we have to reset our clocks to spring forward (well in certain parts of the states)

But this is is a good time to review what you have in your house that you do not need and do some spring cleaning.

This does not have to only apply for your home. Let us look do a review together to see what things you can remove so you can Reset. Renew. Rejuvenate.

Let's start with your mindset:

Releasing self-doubt
Release self-doubt

  • It is time to stop with all of that self-doubt and overthinking. This is the time to allow yourself to live a little. Understand that things will not go according to plan sometimes and allow yourself to accept that and focus on what will go right.

  • Organize your thoughts and ideas. How many projects, books, products, crafts, or plans do you have in your head? Get a notebook or notepad on your digital device and start brainstorming. Get those thoughts out of your head and starting writing. You will surprise yourself with how many great ideas you have that you can focus on this year and possibly lead you to start your own business.

  • Fly. First.Love. Yourself. Every morning you wake up and look in the mirror to get yourself ready for the day, take time and admire yourself. Not in a vanity way but admire how far you have come to get to see another day and make it to bed a night.

  • Rember you are more than enough and then some. Believe in yourself.

  • Clear out those emails, letters

Up next, your Body:

body goals
Elevate your body

Now its time to focus on your body. In order for you to elevate and take it to the next level.

You have to be honest with yourself and access your current situation.

Here are some questions you need to address for yourself.

  • What is important to you?

  • What is the one thing you want to achieve for you to have better health? What changes can you make?

  • How much time are you willing to spend?

Last up your House:

Clean and relaxed home
Create a healthy environment

Your environment plays a huge part in your mood, health, and well-being.

Let us look at some things you can get rid of

  • Clutter: Go through your cabinets, pantry, fridge, freezer, mail, emails. Shred, throughout, delete all that is there taking up space.

  • Donate: Go through your closet and really look at what you have and create piles, of things you were and things you don't. Donate the things you don't. There are others who would love to make use of what you don't.

  • Update/Replace all the batteries in all of the things you make overlook or forget about such as Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, etc.

  • Add some fresh plants and flowers in your house to lift the mood.
