My Review

I finally found a Workout station that is light by effect for my home gym. Here is my review of the Gold's Gym XR 10.9 Power Tower.

Now that it's Autumn and the temperature is dropping, I needed to find a way to work on building my strength for pull-ups without using the playground in the park.

After doing some research my husband and I found this Gold's Gym Power Tower on line. When we saw the price was only $99 we knew we had to purchase it.

We were looking up how we can build our home gym without hurting our savings or having to enroll back into the gym. Workout, when I want in the comfort of my home, is important to me and this tower provides just that. Plus you can't beat the price tag!

Here is a video showing what it looks like.

So far some of my favorite ways to use this equipment are performing knee/leg raises, push-ups, stiff arm leg raises and alternate leg lifts.

My husbands love it for the dips, pushups hanging leg lifts, wide grip pull-ups close-grip pull-ups and reverse pull-ups.
