Ways to Keep your Kids Busy during Covid-19

Welcome to another episode of From My Mat to Yours Podcast! Today, I rolled out my yoga mat to share parents can keep kids busy while working from home.

Working for home during the Covid-19 pandemic can be stressful. As a teacher and parent I know first hand how challenging it can be. So here are some things that worked for me during my first week home with my husband and kids.

Here are 3 Main Tips:

  • Parents: Set schedule for kids to do a little math, reading, something fun and exercise

  • If you are staying home: Make time to reset and a schedule for yourself to get your work done

  • Set boundaries: Let your family know you need to work and what time you will be available.
