Prior to starting my yoga journey, If you would have told me I would be hosting yoga workshops and teaching yoga at a college I would have laughed. But because I decided to follow my calling and walk in my purpose I created a career that I love to show up for. In the beginning, I learned you need a lot of physical and mental strength to truly practice yoga. Yoga involves not only your muscles, but your breath and mind need to be in sync as well.
You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga...flexibility becomes one of the benefits from a consistent practice.

The more progressed was made. I was able to achieve my front split on both sides at the age of 30 after practicing for 2 months. First with the help of yoga props then just body weight.
