What if 2020 is forcing us to grow?

Read and Think about this poem writing by Leslie Dwight.

I came across this poem on Instagram at the right moment when I was feeling drained and tired of all that is happening in my country (USA).

This poem resonated with me so well. It reminded me that we all have a purpose. The journey is not meant to be a smooth ride. We will continue to have ups and downs. We have to climb mountains and much more to grow.

We will have to step outside of our comfort zones.

We will have to face our fears head-on.

We will have to overcome obstacles.

We will have to reflect

We will have to pivot

We will have to ELEVATE

We will have to do all of the above and then some to become the best version of ourselves.

So don't cancel or give up in 2020, it is just the start of the new decade. Strap in your seatbelt because it will continue to be on hell of a ride.
